As the manufacturers' product lines change, our product line
changes also. Occasionally, items may not be available to
ship at the time of your order. If this occurs, we will ship
immediately upon availability. If we are unable to ship the
item within a reasonable amount of time, you will be notified.
Merchandise sold by HouseofHandlebars.com is guaranteed by
the manufacturer of the product under their own terms of warranty.
Claim consideration will be made in a quick and just fashion
by the manufacturer. The parts manufacturer is solely responsible
for any damages to person or property caused from any design,
manufacturing, testing and use of their products and we do
not accept and liabilities for such damages. We shall not
be liable for consequential damages.
HouseofHandlebars.com hereby expressly disclaims all warranties
either expressed or implied including and implied warrant
or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Motorcycles
can be dangerous. HouseofHandlebars.com has no control over
the use of any part.
HouseofHandlebars.com expects the customer to exercise good
judgement as to the proper selection, installation, use and
maintenance of any part. HouseofHandlebars.com assumes no
responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of
misuse or improper application of any parts in any way by
any person. HouseofHandlebars.com shall not be liable for
any indirect or consequent damages whatsoever.
Return/Exchange Policy

The return/exchange of merchandise (other than electrical)
can be made within 7 days of receipt with prior approval ONLY.
If the claim is due to damage or shortage you must keep the
package and packaging for the carrier to inspect. NO merchandise
can be returned/exchanged once installed. You MUST CALL FIRST
before returning/exchanging an item. Items returned/exchanged
without prior authorization WILL NOT be accepted or credited.
The merchandise must be returned/exchanged in sellable condition.
Returned/exchanged merchandise shipping cost will be paid
for by the customer and all merchandise is subject to a minimum
20% restocking cost or actual restocking charge from the manufacturer,
whichever is greater. Discontinued or closeout items CANNOT
be returned/exchanged, no exception. Once a return/exchange
authorization number is issued, the return/exchange must be
in possession of Discount Motorcycle Tire & Accessories
within 7 business days.
Remember, an exchange is considered to be a return and will
be subject to the same terms.
Return/Exchange Procedure
- Contact a House of Handlebars Representative to have a
return/exchange authorization number issued.
- All merchandise must be returned/exchanged in the original
packaging and in the same condition they were sold.
- Once issued the Return/Exchange Authorization number must
be displayed on the outside of the shipping box, NOT on
the original packaging.
- Returns/exchanges must include the customers written name,
address, phone number and reason for the return/exchange.
- Merchandise must be returned/exchanged undamaged, with
no marks on the original manufacturer packaging.
- NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS OR COMPONENTS.
- NO RETURNS ON BATTERIES, NO EXCEPTIONS!
- All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection for damage,
misuse, improper packaging and/or missing parts. House of
Handlebars Helmets and Accessories retains to right to issue
a credit at its sole discretion.
Our number one goal is to provide you with the best service
for the lowest price. Mistakes and errors do occur, and we
promise we will make every reasonable effort to correct the
problem. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Damaged Boxes
Any damage to your box and/or its contents from shipping should
be reported directly to the freight carrier. House of Handlebars
Helmets and Accessories is not responsible for shipping damages.
Order Cancellation
In the event that an order is cancelled by the customer for
ANY reason, House of Handlebars Helmets and Accessories WILL
charge a 10% cancellation fee.
